Hoxton’s White Lyan is without a doubt one of the most memorable bar experiences I’ve experienced. Somewhere between a cocktail bar and Breaking Bad, Ryan and his team of mixologist-chemist-alchemists have an approach to cocktail making that I have seen nowhere else. It reminds me of chemistry classes back at school, except with somewhat more alcohol and better teachers.
