Radner Lake is a popular attraction amongst the locals. Although Nashville is a large urban area, there is a 1,300 acre nature preserve right in the heart of the city. Folks of all ages tackle the trails that wander through the woods surrounding the lake. There are nature hikes, wildflower walks, and astronomy night hikes. With it’s abundance of wildlife, you may encounter such animals as deer, beavers, otters, coyote, and birds of prey.
