I go to Place Pigalle at Pike Place Market when I want mussels. A big bowl of mussels, bacon, butter and a balsamic vinaigrette, accompanied by some crusty bread for dipping, and I’m in heaven. I know there are other things on the menu, I’ve eaten with friends who’ve ordered other dishes, but it’s heresy to me to have anything else.
