NAHM

Nahm – It’s run by Australian chef and Thai food obsessive, David Thompson and came 13th in the latest edition of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants. It’s Thai food given the fine-dining treatment and Nahm is generally regarded as Bangkok’s best restaurant. Many of the dishes are also sourced from near-forgotten Thai cookbooks, so the menu is pretty unique.
