CITY LIGHTS OF CHINA

City Lights of China has been a DC staple for decades and provides authentic Chinese comfort food in an unassuming spot in Dupont Circle. The restaurant is by no means fancy and is only recognizable by its blue awning. The dumplings have the perfect soft wrappers and taste homemade…because they are.
