For a great day trip out of Chicago, shop, play and eat at Bristol Renaissance Faire. It’s a little bit of a hike (53 miles from Chicago) – just north of the Wisconsin border – but it’s worth the hike if you’re interested in a really cool atmosphere, fun shows, awesome costumes and unique art.
