I had been to Bread + Butter for brunch, which was amazing, but I had been dying to stop by again for their dinner. And I am so glad that I did. Chef and owner Albert Cabrera made sure to incorporate the Cuban dishes he had while growing up in a Cuban family, but at the same time giving them a twist of his own.
Now comes the fun part. When I went, we decided to order a whole bunch of little plates so we could try as much as our stomachs would allow. So after you have had your bread you should delve into more carbs with Bread + Butter’s Media Noche Croquetas with the mustard aioli that comes on the side.
To really make my food coma a reality I ended my dinner with their Cuban French Toast. There were little fireworks that were set off when I tasted this French Toast. It comes with guava maple syrup and cream cheese ice cream. My advice? Don’t share!
