This tiny sandwich shop has been serving the surfer crowd in Del Mar since 1979, and in recent years Board and Brew Sandwiches added two shops in Carlsbad and another in Scripps Ranch. Not only are their sandwiches delicious (with or without secret sauce), but also they have kept their prices low. Avoid the high school crowds by going before 12pm or after 1pm, but even with a line out the door, you’ll be surprised how quickly your number is called.
