Music City

Nashville-City

Why should we visit Nashville?

Nashville is full of friendly people. It’s totally normal for a stranger to strike up a conversation. Most people here are genuine and kind. And of course, everyone in Nashville is a musician/songwriter. Well, almost everyone. The amount of talent that passes through Nashville is incredible. And since Nashville is all about music, music is everywhere you go.

Its trendy vibe, casual culture, and the celebrities who make Nashville home, Music City is now often described as “The New LA.” Did you know that Sheryl Crow, Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban, Gwyneth Paltrow, Taylor Swift, Kelly Clarkson, Reese Witherspoon, The Kings of Leon and many more call Nashville home?

Local Customs:

Nashville has some interesting customs. Folks here like to say “ya’ll.” Also, you’ll notice that no one is a stranger. Everyone talks to everyone. It’s completely normal to strike up a conversation while waiting in line for coffee. That’s the Southern Hospitality you may have heard of.

Where do the locals hang out?

Radner Lake is a popular attraction amongst the locals. Although Nashville is large urban area, there is a 1,200 acre nature preserve right in the heart of the city. Folks of all ages tackle the trails that wander through the woods surrounding the lake. You may encounter such animals as deer, beavers, otters and coyote.
