FRANKLIN HISTORICAL DISTRICT

When people think of Nashville, they think country music and honky-tonks. But there’s no denying that Nashville has some of the most stunning scenery. Nashville has rolling hills, lakes, rivers, tons of trees with amazing fall and spring colors, as well as the best parks in the area. Take a drive just 20 minutes south of Nashville and experience the beautiful countryside of Franklin. Bring your camera and take pictures of the stunning and peaceful scenery. If you happen to visit during the month of December make sure to check out the “Dickens of a Christmas” festival where over 250 volunteers masquerade as characters from Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol.”
