Lincoln provides the perfect DC experience, due of course to its presidential theme. The entire floor of the dining area is made of pennies, and modern art depicting the president covers the walls. It’s a small plates restaurant that is probably even more perfect in the winter, when they have pumpkin gnocchi. The gnocchi is flavorful and filling, and goes well with just about any of their seasonal salads.
