Brindisa, another Tapas restaurant, and this time it’s in the heart of Borough Market. You can’t book here so you may have to wait for a table, but why not have a drink and a nibble at the bar whilst you wait. This is an intimate venue, glass fronted which is perfect for people watching and there are a few outside seats spilling onto the market during the summer months. The popularity of this place is clear both from its expansion and the presence of their own shop in the same market selling produce to recreate the dishes at home.
