Located in the South End, Toro is the best Spanish tapas place in town. Tapas are the perfect way to have a long, lazy meal and sample a little bit of everything. While there’s often a wait no matter what evening you go, you can grab authentic sangria or beer while you wait. It’s small and intimate, although hectic and the place to be seen on a weeknight. Plates are fresh and plentiful, including the Patatas Bravas and Jamon Serrano.
