Chef Adrianne’s Vineyard Restaurant and Wine Bar is truly a culinary experience.
I had the immense pleasure of trying some of her famous dishes. I tried her flavorful Gouda fried cheese with raspberry truffle oil and a touch of champagne. After that, we dived into a genuine culinary experience with her lobster, which she pouches in butter, and then freezes. Then she adds shallots, basil, red chili pepper, and garlic. For the final appetizer we tried her shrimp on top of a sweet corn pudding – here she mixes both Southern and French style of cooking.
Oh and for dessert you must try her dark chocolate and Nutella bread pudding. You have honestly never had something so delicious before.
