Hotel Chantelle

Located in the lower east side part of New York City, which is a great area to head over to for nightlife in general, Hotel Chantelle has three floors (including a rooftop), with a different theme and vibe to each floor. It is open until 4am. Expect to stand in line if you go during peak times, but the line generally moves pretty fast.
