Canlis is something that just needs to be experienced. Consistently named one of the best restaurants in the nation, the awards this restaurant has received are numerous. It’s a three or four-course Prix fix menu. So, arrive hungry and ready to eat. I always have the filet as my main course. I’m a creature of habit. And, you must order the truffle fries. They are perfection. Needless to say, reservations are a must. If you have special dietary requirements (i.e. Vegetarian or Vegan), they can accommodate with 48-hours notice. Oh yea, and the view of Lake Union is fabulous. Enjoy!
