THE FLYING PIG

The Flying Pig located in Yaletown (or a second location in Gastown) is a favourite when you’re looking for gourmet food in a casual yet hip setting. The wooden interior gives a feel of a modernized and hip 1930s tavern but with windows. The Flying Pig is a popular place for foodies because of their famous bone marrow cheese bread and the house salmon sampler is great for those looking to taste some coastal cuisine. I am a fan of their wine list that focuses on some of the best of British Columbia’s wines.
