Although the Commodore Grille is located inside a Holiday Inn, it is not your typical Holiday Inn restaurant & lounge – The Commodore has been home to songwriters-in-the-round performances for several years now. Nashville is the only place in the world where you can actually watch and hear a country song being born. The dimly lit seating area of the Commodore is meant to draw your attention to the small stage.
On top of hearing great songs, the restaurant offers a good selection of American cuisine served by a friendly staff. However, the attraction here is the songwriters, and the food and beverages help in enjoying the experience.
Songwriters Rounds are Tuesday through Sunday starting at 7 pm.
