The Blue Water Café + Raw Bar is one of the best spots for classic Vancouver food with seafood options ranging from freshly shucked oysters to succulent lobster. With their sushi bar only catering to no more than 8 or so at a time, I recommend reservations if you want to get up close with the sushi master. Otherwise, take a seat in their dining room, order a bottle of wine where they decant it at the table in their uniquely designed glass decanters and dine in the most popular restaurant in Vancouver. Again I stress the importance of reservations.
There’s something for everyone, and I’ve never been disappointed whether I order lobster fresh from the tank or the Wagyu beef.
