The Wine Vault & Bistro is one of those hidden gems of San Diego. I am in disbelief that most of my friends and family have yet to visit this place, nor have many of them even heard of it! Sign up on their e-mail list for inside info on exclusive winemaker dinners, tasting menus, holiday events and more. They often have 10-course meals paired with wines (or beer) for under $50/person. It’s a steal, and the food is amazing!
