Nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains, Paramount Ranch is a must visit for any movie or nature lover. Purchased by Paramount Pictures in 1927, and used as a shooting location in the early days of cinema, a tour of this replica 19th century boomtown will make you feel like you’ve stepped into the Old West. It is now a National Park site. Moreover, as a bonus, the landscape is captivating.
