The Fish Market is a San Diego institution, but many locals avoid it because of the sometimes lengthy wait times. Our secret? Bypass the hostess stand and head past the bar to the outdoor lounge area (not to be confused with the main outdoor dining area). You can seat yourself and order off of the regular menu or a smaller bar menu. The views of the San Diego Bay and USS Midway are amazing! We love their Oysters Rockefeller and the Cioppino along with a glass of wine!
