What started out as a bar frequented by airline pilots has morphed into a no-frills bar/restaurant whose mantra seems to be “Less is more.” The menu isn’t extensive – burgers and seafood dominate – but the quality more than makes up for the lack of variety. Burgers are hand formed, the meaty halibut and plump shrimp are hand-dipped, and everything is made to order. The beer battered shrimp and halibut can’t be beat. Just get there early – once it’s gone, it’s gone.
