El Gaucho

El Gaucho has a few locations, this is my favorite Seattle steakhouse, and I recommend the Belltown location. It feels like a throwback to the supper clubs of the 50s, with banquette seating, candlelit tables, and a piano player providing background music. Go for the steaks but stay for desserts, and the bananas foster prepared at your table. If you want to make a night of it, get a room at the El Gaucho Inn, right upstairs from the restaurant, and have another glass of wine.
