The Bristol – Located in a fun neighborhood and operating under the helm of a new head chef, this American restaurant has been doing the “complete” dining experience for every season. It’s tough to recommend anything specific due to the changing menu, but the Millers Farm roasted half chicken with dill spaetzle and crunchy salad is a terrific mains dish fixation. I’d suggest a wine pairing with your shared dishes, or perusing the expansive wine list. The atmosphere is slightly-upscale and comfortable with optimal lighting and noise levels and plenty of room. The wait staff is knowledgeable and well trained as to when and how to interact. Savor every bite.
