Seattle has many hot spots for happy hours, but Barrio wins this category. Their daily happy hour runs from 3 PM to 6 PM and is full of delicious small Mexican dishes. Start with the Mezcal Mule for a twist on the standard drink. For appetizers, try the Mini Chipotle Braised Chicken Enchilada and a giant serving of chips and fresh guacamole.
